<IST>|AUTOMATION| No unique id for textarea for comments section in approve publish request pop-up

While approving a model which is publish to public marketplace, a pop up appears which says enter mandatory comments before approving. Or else, the approve button remains disabled.

But every time when we on board a new model for publishing, the input id of the text area is getting changed. Hence, we are not able to make any unique locator for the input text area. The script is getting failed right after this issue.
